BridgesXR (Corona Aerospace) attended the recent NATO CWIX 2022 exercise at the Joint Force Training Centre, Bydgoszcz Poland in June.  The technology was chosen as one of six key Innovations that were highlighted at the event.  We provided an insight into what we term the “Military Metaverse”.

BridgesXR has developed a unique collaboration space that allows Commanders at all levels to plan, coordinate and perform real-world operations and civil assistance tasks in real-time from anywhere.

“With capabilities such as the Extended Reality simulation, CWIX creates added value for operators. This “Military Metaverse” immerses the commander into a virtual battlefield. The capability promises to improve swift and accurate decision making as large data streams can be visualised to bring the complexity of the anticipated operation across to a Commander in a remote location.”

This application is designed to interface with existing NATO data services to enable secure remote collaborative viewing and interaction. BridgesXR  CEO, John Nicol says “we have been showcasing and developing BridgesXR within NATO for the last 4 years and have been very pleased with the results and reception we have gained.”
